Number of kids and the food and drink according to that. One juice carton for 4 kids and one large pizza for every 5 kids , about 6 kids can share a bag of chips & so on. (unless of course one is spending on individual packs!? )
And the number work is not only for the F&B, its for planning the entertainment , the venue capacity, the transport logistics. And not to forget the budget for it all & the party favours !!!!
